We are excited to share that a group of Eryk electricians have completed a vocational in-class electrical training at Skive College, supported by Eryk.
The training at Skive College aimed at delivering classroom-based technical education aligned with industrial standards. Completion confirms that participants have strengthened their theoretical knowledge to complement practical experience within electrical and mechanical installations.

Following completion of the training, participants are better equipped to take on broader responsibilities on project sites. They now operate with a deeper understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, and installation planning. This supports higher-quality execution, improved safety awareness, and more efficient collaboration across project roles.
For those who began their journey as apprentices, the training represents a clear step forward in professional maturity. For technicians, it strengthens existing expertise and ensures alignment with current industry requirements.
All participants received official certification as “Electrically trained person, Renewable Energy” from Skive College, confirming successful completion of the programme and recognition of the technical competencies achieved. This certification validates both academic learning and applied technical understanding in areas including PLC programming, cable management, work on offshore power supply systems and electrical safety of machinery and automated plants.

📌”It’s always a good time at Skive College… Getting familiar with IEC 60204-1 and refreshing my skills in electrical designs and implementation using SEE electrical.” – Benjamin
📌”It’s been an exciting experience so far — from hands-on sessions in the classroom to engaging discussions with instructors and fellow participants. Training like this reminds me that professional development is a journey, not a destination.” – Augustina

This training, sponsored by Eryk, began as a series of efforts towards improving the competencies of our technicians and apprentices from Eryk’s apprenticeship program. We support external education as part of a long-term approach to building skills, capacity, and reliability. By investing in employees, we ensure continuous development across experience levels.
This commitment strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality electrical and mechanical installations, while supporting sustainable career paths. Developing people through education and real project exposure remains central to how Eryk builds long-term value for customers and the organisation alike.
