Visiting the IT team in the office in Lagos- A memorable week with the Eryk IT team in Lagos.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Jens-Christian Møller, President of Eryk Group, and Ole Aaroe, area sales Manager, at our IT Service Centre in Lagos, Nigeria. As we approach one year of operations in our Remote IT Services business, this visit was a fantastic opportunity for Jens-Christian Møller and Ole Aaroe  to meet and interact with the growing team of IT developers at Eryk Limited.

Jens-Christian Møller’s visit was all about connecting, getting to know the team, listening to their stories, and sharing his vision for keeping our customers happy and their projects running smoothly.

During our bi-weekly Pulse meeting, hosted by Eryk Limited’s Co-founder and CEO, Akalaka Obazei, Jens-Christian Møller emphasized the importance of:

  • Employee Dedication: Striving to deliver our best to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quality: We never compromise on the quality of our services.
  • Compliance: Adhering to European Standards.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Always prioritize the customer’s needs and interests.

Jens-Christian Møller’s presence in Lagos is a potent symbol of leadership commitment, leaving a meaningful and lasting impression on the staff.

The session also provided a platform for our employees to engage directly with top management, addressing various questions, and aligning our vision and direction.

Ole’s Aaroe Nigerian Experience

Ole Aaroe, our area sales Manager, took the opportunity to experience Nigeria first-hand. Selling remote IT teams to the Danish market is one thing, but understanding the people who make it all work is another.

He got to meet the software engineer’s one-on-one, starting up conversations to learn more about Nigerians, the Nigerian culture, the warm hospitality, and the passion the software engineers bring to every project. Ole Aaroe even got his first taste of some local Nigerian dishes!

After hours – Food, Fun, and Culture

To wrap up the visit, management at Eryk Limited organized an Office Integration Lunch at Terra Kulture, a Nigerian culture restaurant. It was a fun-filled day, featuring games like Two Truths and a Lie and Charades, as well as enjoying delicious Nigerian cuisine.

Overall, the visit was engaging and insightful, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and collaboration. We’re excited about the future and the continued growth of our team. Stay tuned!
