Mechanical assembly

Eryk completed installations for our customer from the Netherlands, specialising in machinery manufacture, at a potato receiving and handling facility in Germany. This project had 7 technicians working on the installation of machinery aimed at optimising the material flow for the end customer. It also required working at heights, lifting of heavy equipment, teamwork and mechanical precision to ensure interconnected systems will run efficiently and trouble-free for years. 

Scope of work:

• assembling machines and supporting frames,
• installing all equipment on the frames,
• installations according to technical drawings – including conveyors, supports, belts, bins, and washing equipment,
• assuring proper interconnections between machines,
• adding infeed and outfeed elements such as chutes,
• inspecting interconnection points, etc.
