Event management app for wine investors

In close collaboration with our customer, we built a platform tailored for wine investors and enthusiasts designed to streamline how they discover, join, and manage access to exclusive related events. The focus was clear: create a secure, smooth, and responsive experience for both the end users and the internal teams behind the scenes. 

From syncing sensitive event data with external CRM systems to sending timely push notifications, every part of the solution needs to work seamlessly. Our engineers paid close attention to performance and reliability, ensuring users could engage with the platform in real-time, whether they were joining an auction or reviewing their portfolio’s performance. 

We delivered: 

• Mobile API: A secure, high-performance API built with .NET 9, enabling users to view and manage their events, receive notifications, and track investment activity. 
• Admin Web Interface: A custom-built portal allowing internal teams to create and manage events, control access, and send both targeted and bulk notifications to users. 
• CRM Integration: Real-time synchronization with an external CRM to keep events up to date and maintain a smooth user experience. 
• Investor Dashboard: A mobile-accessible overview of investment performance, including progression and decline metrics to support user decision-making.
