In just a few months since starting their journey on Eryk’s Apprenticeship Program, progress is already clear. Some of our latest apprentices are demonstrating the qualities we value most. These include technical precision, a strong work ethic, and a team mindset. They also show a commitment to continuous improvement on their path to becoming skilled professionals.
The Apprenticeship Program is more than just an entry point. It’s a guided journey built on mentorship, daily learning, and trust. Lately, we’ve seen even more encouraging signs that this approach is working, not only from within the company but also from the customers we provide technical services to.
One of our Team Leaders recently shared feedback about an apprentice currently working under his guidance on a project:
“Emmanuel is doing his best every day to improve his skills and gain knowledge, and he is making visible progress with commitment to his work.”
Kacper Wasik,
Team Leader & Coach at Eryk.
What stands out for us isn’t just the progress itself, but how it’s being achieved. Through consistent effort, a willingness to learn, and daily engagement with the work. Emmanuel has only been on the program a few months, but is already showing traits we appreciate. It includes the drive and values we look for in our future technicians. 👉See our Coaches’ perspective on this.
It’s moments like these that remind us of the real value of apprenticeships. They offer space for learning but also reveal who’s ready to take responsibility and keep growing.
Emmanuel is not alone on this journey. Working across different industries, our apprentices are known to adapt quickly to the job and challenges that come with it.
Another group of apprentices who joined Eryk recently are already making a strong impression, earning positive feedback from the customers.
The steady progress of our apprentices reflects both their personal effort and the strength of the support around them. Our Team Leaders and Coaches do more than supervise. They guide, encourage, and challenge each person to develop their skills with confidence and clarity.
This structure helps apprentices not only find their footing but also understand what’s expected and how to meet it. It also helps us as a company to build a consistent, capable workforce ready for increasingly complex and international projects.
For Emmanuel and our other apprentices, this is just the beginning of a promising career. From learning to correctly perform smaller tasks to eventually guiding others. Their roles will evolve and we’ll be there to support them at every step.
We’re proud of the contributions they bring to the projects and to Eryk as a whole.
