Over the last three years, Eryk has grown by approximately 50% and employed 100 new technicians. At the same time, Eryk has reduced employee turnover, increased profit margins, and strengthened its ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) profile. How is this possible?
We invite everyone to join us and learn how this is possible on Wednesday, 30th of October 2024, 8:00-15:00 at Marriott Courtyard, Brama Portowa 1, 70-225 Szczecin, Poland.
As a technical service provider with 300 technicians in Europe, where the labour force shrinks by 3% annually, Eryk began seeking sustainable solutions for recruiting young, skilled Nigerian and Ghanaian technicians back in 2017. Now, 7 years later, Eryk has a surplus of young technicians.. This success was partly achieved in collaboration with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Danish Trade Council) and two European organisations, ICMPD and MPF, which supported the project with €181,331.
Join us at our seminar to learn more about this journey.😊
