Business to Business IT Sales Professional

Eryk, founded in 2004, is an international technical service provider – employing ca 350 highly skilled people, providing technical services to some of the world’s biggest companies all around the globe. We have limited liability companies in Denmark, Nigeria and Poland where our Group’s shared service centre is located.  Eryk’s DNA is Danish – Polish with a Nigerian twist.

The ideal candidate profile:

• We are looking for an IT sales professional working out of our office in Szczecin.
• You will be part of 14-person sales- and marketing team.
• Your business focus will be sales of Remote IT Services provided from our IT service centre in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Your costumer focus will be B2B new sales, primarily to the Polish market but also the Central European market.
• We are looking for self-driven and robust personality with door-opening competences, who is not afraid of making cold-calls to new potential customers. One who will manage a value-based sales process from first call till contract negations with big customers.
• We expect you to be ready to present our company and services on stage at seminars and events, as well as prepare your own PPT presentations, with support from our marketing team.
• We also expect the perfect candidate to be able to interact with Eryk’s top management regarding the strategic direction as well as sales and marketing planning for the Remote IT Service unit in the company group.
• The job comes with some travelling activities within Poland and sometimes also out of Poland. Altogether you should expect up to 100 travelling days per year.

Background and experience:

• Your background can be IT or B2B sales or even better a combination of the two.
• We believe you have a university degree in business and/or IT – but you can also have another educational background.
• You must be excellent in spoken and written Polish as well as fluent in English.

Remuneration:

• Startup salary 7.500 – 15.000 PLN gross – depending on experience and seniority.
