How does Eryk ensure quality on-site?

At Eryk, our commitment to quality goes beyond paperwork and certifications. A practical approach is required using our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure safety and efficiency on every project. By implementing this directly on-site, we ensure that all processes, from planning to execution, align with required standards and meet customer expectations.

Here’s how we do it: 

On-site Inspections: Our specialists conduct regular on-site inspections to verify that all processes align with our QMS standards. These inspections focus on: 
Compliance: Ensuring that all activities meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 26000:2010
Quality Control: Checking that the work performed meets high-quality standards and identifying any areas for improvement. 
Environmental Impact: Assessing the environmental practices to minimise impact and promote sustainability. 

Auditing Processes: In addition to inspections, we perform thorough audits to maintain and enhance our standards. These audits include: 
– Detailed reviews to ensure documentation and processes comply with international standards. 
– Gathering feedback from Eryk’s customers, managers and technicians to identify strengths and areas for improvement. 
– Implementing necessary changes to address any non-conformities and prevent future issues. 
– Continuous improvement where necessary.  

By regularly assessing our processes and incorporating feedback, we aim to enhance customer satisfaction, ensure consistent documentation and clear communication at every stage, promote sustainability, ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, and provide support to technicians. This helps to ensure they have the resources needed to perform their tasks efficiently and safely while identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall service quality.
