It is our “January tradition” to reflect on the past year. What made 2023 so special?
We had projects in 25 countries.
We have successfully reached new project countries: Luxembourg, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Iceland.
We carried out installations at one of the largest pharma industry projects in Europe.
9 of our colleagues celebrated their 15th & 10th anniversaries of working at Eryk.
25 new apprentices joined our Apprenticeship Program.
Important guests from Danish and Nigerian Embassies in Poland visited Eryk.
We officially gained an important partner in Nigeria: NBTE – The National Board for Technical. Education. A step in the right direction in the further development of Eryk’s apprenticeship program.

After hours:
A little forest of approx. 5000 seedlings was planted by Eryk Team.
We had a great time during Family Picnic, Summer Party & many other integration events.
Santa Claus made 150 children of our employees happy.
17.000 cups of coffee were brewed, but there were also 15 coffee machine failures 😀.

Sport
We took part in some races:
UltraGryfus 2023 – this year’s race covered a challenging 275 km providing a true test of endurance, courage, stamina and skill for all participants.
King Eryks Run – four Eryk’s runners competed in the 10km race.
NCDC Business Race – we participated in the race for the 7th time, fielding 2 teams.
HÆRVEJSLØBET – challenging cycling courses of 160km and 300km.
Patryk Kwiecień – Polish Footgolf Champion 2023 – second time in a row!
We clocked 12,786 km in Eryk’s summer sport initiative: Get-out challenge (a bit more than from Cape Town to Paris!).
