Kasia is our good fairy. Thanks to her dedication and attention to detail, our office looks exemplary. 
Her valuable insights, perfectionism, and commitment fit perfectly into the work culture at Eryk. Although our addresses have changed, Kasia has remained with us, and we are very grateful for that.

Kasia, how would you summarise your cooperation with Eryk?
I truly feel a deep sense of connection with the company Eryk, almost like it’s a second family. The employees stir maternal feelings in me; I enjoy taking care of them, making sure they feel good and comfortable. I just like to help make their work easier. It’s extremely pleasant to know that my work is appreciated and that my suggestions are taken into account. In such a beautiful office, it’s important that everyone feels good, but also that they know the general rules. It’s wonderful that all the employees care about the office and look after one another. The culture and standards are of a high level.
Has anything in particular stood out to you over the years?
One of the employees had a collection of Lego motorcycles on a shelf. They were lined up with perfect precision. It was a challenge… that is, not to touch them 😉 Once, I was given a wireless speaker. It was fantastic – I could play my favourite tunes and get to work.😊
You are a person of many passions. What fascinates you the most?
The most beautiful sights for me are horses galloping, ships under sail, and a woman dancing. I enjoy marvelling at my surroundings and the works of artists. I admire and hone my eye by observing portraits and reportage photography. I also take pictures myself. Recently, I had the chance to photograph my favourite tall ships that came to Szczecin for the Tall Ships Races. I love exhibitions and I always try to stay up to date. I have a circle of inspiring friends with whom I exchange information.
