BIC Electric has just returned from Argentina, where we joined the Danish state visit, together with Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness The Crown Prince, ministers and a representation of 25 Danish companies.
BIC’s strength lies in our ability to attract the most valuable experts in electrical and mechanical industries. We also aim to develop mutual respect so that it lasts for years. At our last Management Forum in March, we celebrated 10-year anniversaries of employment for our colleagues – Michał and Rafał – it is uplifting that they feel so connected to the company.
Other 5 team leaders were also promoted to Team Managers – Andrzej, Krzysztof, Piotr, Tomasz and Wiesław. We feel that this is a way to appreciate their role in the company and to offer them a stepping stone to develop their careers further.
