At Eryk, development goes beyond technical training. We actively support lifelong learning and personal growth of our colleagues who pursue advanced education, even as they continue to fulfil their responsibilities.
Currently, three of our colleagues are pursuing MBAs, sharpening their leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation skills, while one has recently graduated.

Mariusz, Senior Key Accounts Engineer at Eryk Specialisation: Organisational Behaviour and Leadership – Ongoing |
➡️ Combining strategic thinking with hands-on experience
For Mariusz, the decision to do an MBA came from a desire to expand his understanding of business operations beyond the technical sphere. “I wanted to enhance my management and leadership abilities to contribute more effectively to Eryk’s growth. This aligns perfectly with my role at Eryk, where coordinating teams, managing deadlines, and delivering results are part of daily responsibilities.”
His new insights into resource management and decision-making are already making a huge impact on project delivery. “During one project, I applied a stakeholder management technique I learned in class. This small but targeted change helped resolve a conflict between internal teams and improved cooperation”.
➡️ Bridging compliance, strategy and leadership
Agata‘s specialisation complements her work in ensuring compliance and supporting operational processes. “The study gives me a broader, strategic view of how different areas of our business relate to each other… and equips me with the tools to contribute more effectively to Eryk’s long-term goals.”
Her ongoing education is helping bring clarity and structure to the implementation of ISO 27001 at Eryk, making the whole process smoother and more efficient. “So far, I’ve gained deeper insights into strategic planning and organisational behaviour. These are directly applicable to improving our internal audits, risk assessments, and aligning compliance efforts with broader business objectives.”
➡️ Learning, empathy and an improved sales strategy
For Szymon, who has now graduated from the program, the most obvious value is his improved understanding of the world as a person and as a professional. This improvement helps him better communicate with Eryk’s global customers with a more human touch.
“I have more empathy for people – co-workers and customers – and I can better cope with both. I now have a broader understanding of Eryk’s internal and external strategy, and I am now more actively implementing it.”
➡️ Leading change and building global partnerships
Hamza’s ongoing education helps him better manage Eryk’s international Apprenticeship Program and to develop global partnerships.
“My studies have strengthened my ability to better manage people, processes and stakeholder relationships more effectively,” he shares. Applying change management principles, he has also helped improve how the team implements program updates, ensuring smoother transitions across teams.
“Combining strategic thinking with technical knowledge helps Eryk scale sustainably, adapt to changing markets, and deliver more value to customers.”
“Eryk has been incredibly supportive. I’ve had the flexibility to adjust my workload during more intensive study periods. My manager values continued education, which fosters a culture of learning and professional development.” – Agata
