Akalaka Vony Obazei is a seasoned business consulting executive with over 10 years of cross-border experience in the private sectors of Bucharest, Romania and Lagos, Nigeria. Her expertise spans business development, strategic market entry, project management, customer relationship management, export trade, and internationalization, making her a valuable asset in driving growth across emerging and developed markets. 

Mrs. Obazei has played a pivotal role in facilitating strategic networks between Nigeria’s public and private sectors, enabling impactful partnerships and policy-driven initiatives. Her entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Eryk IT (Poland), where she serves as Director, and Eryk Limited (Nigeria), where she leads as Chief Executive Officer. Both companies operate in the IT services, serving clients across Europe with a proven track record of leadership, cross-cultural business acumen, and strategic execution, Mrs. Obazei is well-positioned to attract and engage investors seeking opportunities in high-growth markets, particularly at the intersection of technology, consulting, and international trade. 

 Role & Specific contributions: 

  • Overall, responsible for customer relationship management through the recruitment, the team set-up, and service delivery phase. 
  • Responsible for guiding customers through cultural differences between Europe and Africa. 
  • Provide insights to customers on how to navigate the nuances of the Nigerian tech workforce. 
  • Provide knowledge support to customers on the Nigerian labor law and work culture. 
  • Provide insights and support to customers on local team management. 

Meet Chizaram Collette a Technical Project Manager at Eryk Remote IT Services, responsible for coordinating project teams and ensuring smooth collaboration between customers and developers. She focuses on creating clarity, structure, and consistency across projects to ensure every customer engagement starts off strong and stays on track. 

Role in the Onboarding Process: 
She is involved from the requirement-gathering stage through to team integration. My role covers reviewing customer needs, supporting the screening and selection of the right technical profiles, and ensuring each new team member is properly introduced and integrated into the customer’s environment. After onboarding, I she continue to follow up with both sides to make sure expectations are clear, communication flows smoothly, and deliveries meet agreed standards.  Also responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes. My focus is on building structured recruitment processes, maintaining strong talent pipelines, and ensuring every hire aligns with both technical and cultural fit while managing administrative needs of the company. 


She is involved in the talent sourcing and shortlisting stage through to offer acceptance and onboarding. His role includes talent sourcing, coordinating assessments, facilitating interviews, contract drafting, and ensuring selected candidates are smoothly integrated into their teams through effective onboarding.
