Project Scope:
Eryk provided full electrical and mechanical installation services for the setup of MINDA’s transport and palletizing systems at a box production facility. The newly installed systems were designed for the production of cardboard boxes, automating the transport of products through various stages of production.
The scope included the following major tasks:
- Installation of transport systems
– Electrical and mechanical installation of MINDA transport systems designed for conveying corrugated boards. This included both horizontal and vertical conveyors used to transport finished products within the factory.
- Installation of rails and vertical lifts
– Installation of rails for conveyor systems and turntable positions.
– Grouting of installed rails for stability.
– Installation of vertical lifts to facilitate product movement between production floors.
- Pallet handling stations
– Installation of pallet loading stations
– Installation of an empty pallet inserter to streamline pallet handling processes.
- Strapping and wrapping line installation
– Setup of strapping and wrapping lines to automate packaging of finished products.
- Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Infeed/Outfeed Installations
– Installation of WIP conveyors
– Infeed and outfeed systems installation for various machinery: incl. MFPG, Asahi, Emba, Cellmacch
- Team Management and Quality Control
– Eryk managed its own team of technicians and took full responsibility for quality control of all installation work.
– Provision of hand tools and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) equipment.
The project implemented widely-used electrical standards (400V, 230V, and 24V systems) and reliable, wellestablished technological solutions.
