Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of word LEAD – and ideally someone who generate them on their own. If B2B marketing, campaigns, social media, and WordPress aren’t just “tasks” for you but part of your everyday routine, then it’s quite possible we’ve just found each other.
We’re also looking for a creative mind – someone who enjoys presenting the industry in a fresh, engaging way, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning marketing into something people actually want to see.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
• Manage internal and external B2B communications
• Optimize Google Ads (SEM) campaigns, in collaboration with an external agency
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and monitor market trend
• Create marketing materials, including graphics, short videos, presentations, and brochures, using AI-powered and design tools.
• Co-create and grow social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Manage, update and optimize website content using WordPress.
• Support employer branding initiatives in cooperation with the HR team
• Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to improve lead acquisition and brand visibility.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing
• Familiarity with AI tools for accelerating content production (graphics, video, content optimization)
• Experience managing social media channels and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency in WordPress and website content management.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Very good command of English, sufficient to manage international marketing campaigns; Polish language required for internal communication.
