Eryk team provided electrical and mechanical installation support for material-handling systems at the Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte CO7 construction site, part of the TELT Lyon–Turin cross-border infrastructure project. We had a total number of 54 technicians on the project.
Scope of work
Mechanical tasks include:
- Construction of steel support towers
- Assembly and installation of silos and supporting structures
- Installation and alignment of belt conveyors between the silos and the concrete factory
- Ensuring mechanical integration and alignment between all conveyor sections
- Installation/replacement of cement silo components
- Completion of hoist and bus-bar mechanical setup
Electrical tasks include:
- Connection of cables to the relevant devices and control cabinets
- Installation of cable trays along the entire route of the new conveyor belts
- Connection of aggregate box hoist – pull cables, terminating connections and performing operational testing
- Bus-bar system final testing and startup
- Wiring of new safety accessories
- Post-installation testing
