As a part of our team you will be responsible for:
Managing the team performing works on the project from the technical and organizational side
Taking care of the quality of works and following and enforcing the health and safety rules
Cooperation with the onsite customers during implementation of the project
Managing the team consisting of electricians and mechanics
Monitoring and reporting work progress to responsible persons
Control and oversight of qualitative execution of project and ensuring the right progress
Evaluating situations and taking decisions when problems arise during execution of projects
Care of proper flow of information in the team
Sharing knowledge and experience with juniors, regulars and seniors.
You are a good match if you:
Have experience in team management on the electrical projects
Speak English fluently
Have advanced electrical knowledge
Have a solid experience in assembling and maintaining electrical installations
Have the Polish Electricians Association certification (SEP) up to 1kV
Have experience in a managerial position
Have knowledge of technical documentation and quality requirements
Have organizational skills and predispositions to manage people
Have a high sense of responsibility and commitment to the assigned tasks
Have a driving license B-cat.
Are willing to take frequent business trips

Have a certificates VCA, DSB, CSCS
Speak German at a communicative level
