Two Services: one model Whitecoding talent development and Remote AI/Data teams
Eryk delivers remote AI and data capability through two (2): fully formed remote AI/Data teams, and the Whitecoding Trainee Program. They solve different problems.
The choice matters more now because the hiring question has changed. HRs used to focus on stack knowledge. What they screen for now is whether a team can work inside a human-AI agentic loop, human direction, AI execution, human accountability. That shift is what determines which model makes sense for you.
That’s the shortage Eryk works against. We do it through Remote IT Services, delivered as two (2) services: dedicated AI and Data teams, and the Whitecoding Trainee Program. Both embed into your organisation. What separates them is whether you need experienced engineers or engineers you can develop.
Dedicated AI and data roles and teams
We build the team you can’t fill locally, and it becomes part of your organisation. Your structure, your tooling, your stand-ups, your line of management, and European working hours. You get Scandinavian delivery standards without competing for the same shortlist as everyone else in your region.
This is the right fit if your backlog is already defined, and your senior engineers can set direction but don’t have room to execute. Contribution starts in weeks.
Whitecoding talent development
Whitecoding closes the same gap from the other side. Rather than adding experienced engineers, you develop them, and the trainees sit inside your company while they learn and contribute.
The ownership split is the part most companies misread, so it’s worth being precise. Your senior engineers deliver technical training. They pair-program with the trainee on real projects, not exercises, which is how your standards and your architectural judgement transfer, from the people who know your systems. Eryk’s coach owns the trainee’s personal development and wellbeing. That responsibility never lands on your engineering managers.
Our Whitecoders in live programmes have already started building internal AI tools for commercial and operational teams: intelligence around customer engagements, automated handling of inbound communication, and research automation for the sales pipeline. These are systems the business runs on, built by engineers who joined as trainees while still in training.
Choosing between them
One question usually settles: do your senior engineers have time to pair-program regularly?
If they do, Whitecoding builds capability that stays with you. If they don’t, a dedicated team closes the gap now, and Whitecoding can follow later. Plenty of companies end up running both, one clears the immediate work; the other builds the bench that takes it over.
If you know which gap you’re closing, the service picks itself. If you don’t, reach out to our sales team
