We are seeking a Mid-Level AI-Enabled E-Learning Developer / LMS Specialist to implement, manage, and continuously improve modular e-learning courses within our existing WordPress-based LearnDash platform.

The successful candidate will transform provided written materials into engaging multimedia learning experiences, incorporate interactive elements, configure assessments and certificates, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in content production and delivery.

This role focuses on learning experience implementation and optimization within an already established LMS environment.

Content Transformation & Multimedia Development

• Convert written materials into engaging multimedia learning modules

• Develop video, audio, and interactive learning components

• Create and configure interactive elements using H5P or equivalent tools

• Ensure usability, clarity, and learner engagement across all modules

AI-Driven Content Production

• Use AI tools such as ElevenLabs (or equivalent) to generate voiceovers, narrated videos, and simulations

• Apply AI-assisted tools for scripting, summarisation, and multimedia production

LMS Implementation & Course Development

• Implement modular courses in LearnDash using provided materials

• Structure learning paths, modules, lessons, and topics

• Configure quizzes, assessments, and certification workflows

• Maintain the integrity of the modular course structure over time

• Demonstrated ability to convert written materials into structured, engaging digital courses

• Experience using AI tools for content production (e.g., ElevenLabs, Synthesia, Descript, or similar platforms for voiceover, video generation, or editing)

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and LearnDash

• Experience creating and managing interactive content using H5P

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and modular learning approaches

• Experience configuring assessments and certificates within an LMS

• Basic video editing and multimedia production skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience supporting corporate or professional training environments

• Familiarity with UX principles for online learning

• Awareness of accessibility considerations in digital education

• Experience evaluating and managing WordPress plugins responsibly

• Existing WordPress-based LMS (LearnDash)

• H5P interactive content framework
