After Hours: How Our Team Connects Beyond Code

The last Fridays of every month hit differently at Eryk Remote IT Services; it isn’t just another workday ending. It’s when our team unwinds, reconnects, and shares ideas that go beyond code. It’s always a relaxed space where knowledge meets connections.

Our Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS) isn’t about sprint reviews or bug fixes. It’s about people. Curiosity. And the joy of learning something new together.

The last KSS session for the year was led by Adesoji Olaitan, Salesforce Architect at Eryk Group, who shared powerful insights from his presentation “The Art of Problem Solving.” He reminded everyone that solving problems isn’t just science; it’s an art that blends logic, empathy, and creativity. He explored how great problem solvers ask the right questions, slow down before acting, and approach challenges with both logic and curiosity.

The evening began with a light-hearted icebreaker. Each team member shared what they had been working on, from current projects to personal wins, sparking laughter, curiosity, and mutual respect.

We were also joined by Hamza Jatto, Business Development Manager at Eryk Group, and Jens-Christian Møller, President of Eryk Group, whose presence made the evening even more memorable, turning the session into an inspiring mix of perspectives and shared experience. There was food. There was laughter. And, of course, there were plenty of photos, capturing the relaxed energy of the night.

Our After-Hours tradition continues to be a space where our teams connect beyond code, learn, and grow together, exploring new ideas each month that bring us closer as individuals and as professionals. It’s all designed to bring our people closer beyond code. Because great IT teams don’t just deliver, they connect, learn, and grow together.
